Welcome to Fabulous Feltings! I am the designer and  creator at Fabulous Feltings, making unique 'wet' felted art -  wraps, drapes, throws and wall hangings. I use the softest of merino wool tops which can be fused with luxurious silk threads and vintage fabrics.

Each piece is a one-off and I welcome collaborations to make something especially for you and to match your decor.

In addition to my finished pieces I hold full-day wet-felting workshops in my riverside studio where you and a few friends can get creative, learn a new skill, relax and go home with beautiful pieces of your own work. Please contact me for a date to suit you and your companions.

A cyanotype is an image created by a photographic process using a chemical reaction exposed to UV light.  The result is a ‘cyan’ or ‘blue’ print. Also known as sunprinting - as images are easiest to make on a fine day - digital images captured during the exposure and developing stages also make beautiful artworks.

What has this to do with felt-making you may ask! Both processes are quite magical in my mind and thus complement one another beautifully. I have a number of original cyanotypes for sale and over time I will create images onto fabric, from which I will make nuno felt. Watch this space!
